Neapolitan Pastiera is a type of Neapolitan tart made with cooked wheat, eggs, ricotta cheese, and flavoured with millefiori water. It is usually eaten at Easter .Mixed wheat to the white ricotta cheese, then added some eggs, symbol of the new life, some water which had the fragrance of the flowers of the spring time, candied citron and aromatic spices.
Available only in a format approx. 1kg/ 20cm .
Personally blend 3/4 of the Wheat , adding pastry cream in it to give more texture.
