Neapolitan Rum Babà is a delicious sponge cakes, made with a buttery, yeast-based dough, soaked in a sticky, citrus-scented boozy syrup and liquor ( Rum). Each baba can be garnished with fresh fruit and chantilly cream ( the fruits may vary depending on availability ) or chantilly and choconut spread cream .
